Exchanging into Plantation Village Beach Resort from another resort, the exchange guest will be responsible to pay upon check-in an utilities surcharge of :

$120.00 US for a 3 bedroom Villa. |
The Cayman Island Government accesses a $10.00 US (per day) Timeshare Accommodation Tax. The exchange guest will be responsible to pay upon check-in.
Timeshares at Plantation Village are sold as a specified time period (Saturday to Saturday) in a specific Villa. Therefore, the Villa which an owner gives to Interval International for exchange is for a specified time in a specific Villa. Plantation Village staff can not move an inbound exchange to another Villa. Even if other Villas are available for rent/exchange at the resort, the front desk can not reassign an Interval Exchange. The confirmation from Interval International has the name of the Plantation Village owner along with the specific Villa owned and this specified time and Villa cannot be changed.
